To begin the enrollment process for a new student please print and fill out the following forms. 

• New Student Enrollment Packet

• Record Request

• Technology 1 to 1 Agreement

Please return the packet to Mrs. Ashlee Davis at Leeton R-X School District or via email.

Additional items needed for enrollment include:

• Proof of Residency

• Birth Certificate

• Current Immunizations
