On Tuesday, October 8th, three of our Future Teachers of America students attended the 2025 Future Teacher Academy the the University of Central Missouri campus. Savannah Vaughn, Harley Albin, and Makayla Hayworth spent the day learning about the education department, attending workshops and hearing from the Dean of Education at UCM. It was a wonderful opportunity to get information on becoming an educator, meeting other high school students with similar goals, and learning about a career in education.
