It's National Social Worker Week, and we want to give a shout-out to the heart of our school, the one and only Jennifer Groseclose!

To our students, she's "Mrs. G," but to all of us, she is a total lifesaver. Whether she is helping a student or stepping up to tackle a new challenge, Jennifer does it all with a caring heart and smile.

She shows her love for our students in a million different ways and we are so lucky to have her on our team.

We are looking for community members who would be interested in coming to our elementary school to share about their careers with our students! If you have a job, trade, or career that you’d love to talk about and are willing to spend a little time with some awesome kids, we would love to have you. This is a great way to help students learn about different career paths and start dreaming about their futures! Citizenship is the final character trait for this school year. The citizenship pillar is purple, it reminds us to follow the rules and take care of the environment.

Hip Hip Hooray! It’s the 100th day of school at Leeton Elementary! We are so proud of our students and all the hard work they’ve put in over the past 100 days. From learning new skills to reaching big goals, they continue to amaze us every single day. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish next! GO BULLDOGS!!🖤💛

Calling all incoming Kindergarteners!
Kindergarten screenings will be held on April 14th from 4:00–7:00 PM.
To be eligible for kindergarten, students must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2026.

Art 1 High School students have been polishing their artistic skills lately! 🖌️🎨
This time, we studied art from the Renaissance 🏛️ and were introduced to the chiaroscuro technique 🌗—used by famous painters like Raphael 👨‍🎨✨.

For this project, students picked a celebrity of their choice 🌟 and recreated a chiaroscuro-style image into an actual painting 🖼️🎭. With a few tricks, lots of practice, and plenty of creativity 💡👏, students have achieved some truly amazing results! 🤩🔥

The Elementary students have been working hard on their Valentine’s Day art 💕🎨

1st grade assembled some cute Love Monsters 👾💖 and puffed hearts 💗✨, 5th grade created Jenn Heart–inspired drip hearts 🎨❤️💧, and 3rd grade built three-dimensional hearts with patterns 💟📐🧩.

We love seeing their creativity shine! 🌟💝
